We will ask you as part of the claim process to authorise us as your tax agent by way of a 64-8 Agent Authorisation form. This is an HMRC form that approves us as your tax agent and permits us to discuss your tax concerns with HMRC. This allows us to exchange information with HMRC on your behalf. To perform our services, we may need to review and exchange information with HMRC regarding your claim and tax records. We will continue to be your tax agent until either of us withdraws that authorisation, or you authorise another tax agent.
Your claim form includes a nomination for Winchurch Services (referred to as 'your nominee') to receive your tax refunds on your behalf for the years within the claim period. This nomination streamlines our refund process while minimising your direct involvement. It's important to note that you, as the taxpayer, have the option to remove this nomination at any time. However, please be aware that fees will remain payable in accordance with the terms of the agreement, even if the nomination is revoked.
