We provide Free Investigation & Assessment. That means if we determine you're not owed a refund, you won't be charged anything for our service. When a claim is successful and a repayment obtained, our fee is 35% + VAT. Please note, VAT is only applied to our fee, not your whole refund. We are required by law to charge VAT at 20%, which is paid to HMRC.

No, we are a private company. HMRC do not endorse any private companies.
When we successfully secure a refund for you, the repayment is initially sent to us via a nomination agreement which can be withdrawn by you at any time. Upon receiving the repayment, we deduct our fee, and then the remaining balance is sent to you by cheque within 10 working days. Our fee is 35% of the refund plus VAT on the fee.
Yes, we can issue you a new cheque after we have cancelled the original, but this will be subject to a cancellation and reissue processing fee of up to £25 to cover our administrative costs and bank charges
Yes, we use HTTPS across our whole website to keep you as safe as possible. This means that all content is encrypted between your browser and our servers.
HMRC can take up to 8-12 weeks to process your claim.
